Regional products & dishes

For you, this means that we offer more seasonal products and dishes during this time.

Starting with homemade dumplings with bacon (Tiroler Knödel), cheese (Kaspressknödel) and liver (Wildleberknödel), each served with sauerkraut (winter) or in soup, with salad.

Fresh salads, e.g. with fried bacon and fried potatoes, trout fillets, turkey strips, home-made vegan dinkellaibchen etc. Of course there are also different types of schnitzel, be it a Wiener schnitzel or an alloy schnitzel, a Samer cordon bleu, representative schnitzel.

The vegetarians and vegans will find with us Kaspressknödel and vegetable loaf, homemade Dinkellaibchen etc.. We have also thought about the little eaters, and so there are “senior Viennese Schnitzel”, a trout fillet (prepared differently) and also a dumpling optionally with soup and salad.

For the hearty “taste” we have bacon, cheese and sausage from the Rauris Valley, home-baked brewer’s grain bread. But also for the light hunger in the afternoon we have the right thing for you.

For those with a sweet tooth, we offer Mozart pancakes, pancakes with cranberry jam, chocolate sauce, apricot jam or ice cream, Kaiserschmarrn, homemade cakes and various ice cream variations with homemade ice cream.

But don’t forget our fresh trout, e.g. fried, smoked, “drunk”, “polished”, in an almond crust or breaded in all variations, including fillets.

There are other variations, such as a fried salmon trout fillet, with fried potatoes and salad.

In addition to these delicacies, we offer our game dishes, which we usually serve from Friday to Sunday, as we do every year, and vary constantly between the different game species (roe deer, mouflon, wild boar, ibex, red deer and chamois).
