Our motto: With us the guest waits for the food….

…. and not the food on the guest!

By this we mean that all dishes are freshly prepared, and this can sometimes lead to longer waiting times.
We pay great attention to the purchase of organic products, preferably of local origin, and to the greatest possible freshness.

Specialties of the house:

Chamois and game dishes and trout from our own ponds. These divers MUST always be completely healthy, otherwise you could not survive in the 8°C cold water.

You can catch the “water birds” yourself in our fish ponds (only in summer, as winter quarters we have a fresh water basin in the basement) and then eat them drunk, fried, ground or rolled in almonds.

Hot cuisine from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm continuously!
